These machines are able to ridgelock a complete multipass assembly in one cycle. This is achieved by loading all the components onto the machine (upto a maximum off four- (4) baffle plates, and four (4) tubes on a (4x4) machine. The cycle is then activated, and the machine ridgelocks all the baffle plate / tube joints in one cycle.

Standard 3x3 Multi Ridgelocking machine

The standard machine is able to Ridgelock upto a maximum of three (3) tubes to a maximum of three (3) baffle plates.

Standard 4x4 Multi Ridgelocking machine

This machine is able to Ridgelock a maximum of four (4) tubes to a maximum of four (4) baffle plates.

TOOLING

The only tooling required for the machine, is the interchangeable collets. A different collet is required for each size of tube to be ridgelocked.

FIXED POSITION / MANUAL RIDGELOCKING MACHINES

These machines can be supplied either in one or two-spindle configuration. The machines are capable of ridgelocking single tubes to single baffles. The two spindle machine is suited to systems where two different tube/baffle configurations are in one box assembly, enabling both single baffle to single tube ends to be produced at the same time. This makes it ideal for baffle assembly production on line. This machine does not require guarding, and is therefore faster on single tube/baffle assemblies than a Multi Ridgelocker.
